The people have spoken and chosen Rushane Jones as their monarch in the 2016 VYBZING Jamaica Animated Music Video Challenge. The 27-year-old' submission titled, 'Public Service Announcement About ICT Awareness' captured 240 votes during the public voting session. Voting for the People' Choice winner was conducted online via the VYBZING Facebook page during the period May 2-13, 2016. Rushane will receive a special prize of USD250.00. Rushane is twice in winners row, having also received the judges nod earlier in the week to capture the Challenge' third place prize of USD1,250. Rushane and fellow winners, Ikem Smith and Leighton Campbell will officially receive their prizes at the Closing Ceremony of the Caribbean Development Bank' 46th Annual Meeting on May 19, 2016 in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
