Overview

The school was re-constructed in 2005 for a capacity of 60 students.  The school currently has an enrollment of 118 students (59 males; 59 females), with a staff complement of 7 females.  The facility has six small classrooms, head teacher’s office, storeroom, kitchen, library, and four male and four female toilets.  It is overcrowded and as a result is not conducive for teaching and learning. 

Objective

The sub-project will provide additional facilities creating improved learning environment for the students of St Ninian’s community.  Additional washroom facilities will contribute to improve hygiene practices to help reduce the risk of water borne diseases.
