On March 8, 2018, Ambassador of the Argentine Republic to Barbados, His Excellency Gustavo Martinez Pandiani, paid a courtesy call on Dr. W^m. Warren Smith, President of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB). 

Mr. Demian Dobry, Consul, Embassy of Argentina accompanied the Ambassador.  During the visit, Ambassador Pandiani expressed an interest in CDB’s development work throughout the Region and in exploring opportunities for partnership.  His Excellency was appointed Ambassador to Barbados in January 2018.
