The Facilities Manager provides strategic oversight of Facilities operations to ensure that the Bank meets its needs of the Bank are effectively and efficiently. They will develop and implement policies – including preventive maintenance planning and inspections that advance the Bank’s environmental sustainability efforts and manage Facilities staff and third-party resources to ensure optimal responsiveness. This position ensures efficient and effective resource allocation to achieve daily maintenance, health and safety needs, deferred maintenance obligations, and capital renewal planning goals, as well as ensuring that Facilities meet key performance indicators. The role requires a client-service mindset in understanding and meeting stakeholder needs and a strategic and operational orientation to align the facility portfolio with the Bank’s vision and available resources.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) delivers end-to-end recruitment and onboarding services to attract and appoint high-calibre talent aligned with the CDB’s mandate and people strategy.
The TAS will be required to among other duties deliver end-to-end recruitment and resourcing across the Bank, including advising managers on recruitment and internal mobility options, coordinating selection processes, and supporting informed hiring decisions aligned with organisational needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting Terms of Reference in collaboration with departments, posting vacancies across appropriate media and networks, proactively sourcing candidates, coordinating assessments and interviews, managing offer negotiations, and ensuring a seamless transition into onboarding.
The Coordinator, Regional Cooperation and Integration (RCI) provides operational leadership, coordination, and oversight of CDB’s RCI programming. Reporting to the Division Chief, Private Sector Division, the Coordinator ensures that the Bank’s RCI initiatives are: aligned with regional development priorities; strategically integrated into Bank operations; and designed to deliver measurable results.

Reporting to the Coordinator, RCI, the Operations Officer, RCI contributes to the design, implementation, and monitoring of CDB’s RCI initiatives. The Officer provides technical and analytical support to ensure that RCI operations are well-aligned with the Bank’s strategic priorities, deliver measurable results, and effectively advance regional integration across BMCs.
The incumbent collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and implement projects, research and policy papers, and to promote knowledge-sharing and partnerships in support of RCI objectives.
The Senior Accounts Clerk is responsible for executing complex accounting assignments that safeguard the accuracy and reliability of financial information. The role contributes directly to the strengthening of financial controls and the delivery of high-quality reporting within the unit, while also supporting the department’s wider mandate across the bank. In addition to core accounting duties, the position requires a proactive role in identifying opportunities for efficiency, advancing workflow improvements, and applying innovative practices that reinforce the unit’s effectiveness.
