Turks and Caicos Islands has assumed Chairmanship of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) for the period 2021-2022.

The Bank's Board of Governors' will be led by Hon. Charles Washington Misick, Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands. The Board of Governors is the highest policy-making body of CDB and meets once a year in one of the member countries of the Bank.
