The Consulting Firm will be under the operational and technical supervision of the Project Manager of the Project Management Unit. The Consulting Firm will carry out the following two tasks:

1. Conduct a Gender Assessment in line with the CDB’s Gender Equality Policy and Operational Strategy which is compliant with the Gender Policy of the AF.
    
2. Revise the ESMP, which will be informed by the completed Gender Assessment.
