The Contractor shall provide a total “turnkey” Solar PV project for four (4) well sites as set out at locations in the technical specifications.  The scope of works includes the detailed engineering, investigations, design, manufacture, permitting, procurement, supply, shipping and importation, delivery, storage, construction, labor, supervision, proper staffing, all costs related and applicable for general conditions, erection, installation, commissioning and testing of the complete Project.
