CDB to host Procurement Workshop in Anguilla

The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) is continuing its series of regional workshops to launch the Bank's revised "Guidelines for the Selection and Engagement of Consultants by Recipients of CDB Financing" (October 2011). The ninth such workshop organised by the Bank will take place in The Valley, Anguilla on January 28 - 29, 2013. Mr. Norman Cameron, Head of Procurement at CDB, will be the facilitator for the workshop. The opening remarks on behalf of the Government of Anguilla (GOA) will be offered by Mr. Bancroft Battick, Chief Engineer, Ministry of Infrastructure. Approximately 30 public sector staff members involved in the implementation of GOA projects financed by CDB are expected to participate. Similar workshops have successfully been conducted in St. Lucia, Belize, Jamaica, Grenada, the Cayman Islands, Dominica, Guyana and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
