<p>CDB is committed to providing institution-building assistance to strengthen core public sector management systems and capacities. This includes macroeconomic policy management, co-ordination, planning and reform; human resource management; organisational development; and monitoring and evaluation. In addition, the Bank supports public finance management, legal and judicial development, and the improvement of procurement administration and operation across the Region.<br />

The Bank also promotes Government partnerships that support inclusive and just societies.</p>
