Dr. Warren Smith, (second left) President of Caribbean Development Bank met with representatives of the Canadian Council for Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) today, Tuesday, October 21 to learn from their experience and share insights into the Caribbean's experience of PPPs. Mark Romoff, (third left) President of the Council, shared several of its case studies with Dr. Smith. Also participating in the discussions were Mark Bain, Attorney-at-law at Tory's LLP (at left) and Christian Bauer, Special Projects Officer (at right).
