Climate-related hazards are intensifying across the region, but financing for early warning systems remains uneven and insufficient.

This side event will:

  • Explore funding gaps and barriers to effective early warning systems.
  • Highlight new solutions, including the CDB-led CREWS project in Belize and Trinidad & Tobago.
  • Advance dialogue on the CAF-CABEI-CDB Co-Investment Platform to boost regional impact.
