The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Commission, and the Government of Grenada, are hosting the 2026 OECS Procurement Fair on October 28-30, 2026. The three-day event will continue sensitisation and awareness efforts to clarify procurement processes and broaden access to public procurement opportunities across the Region.

Objectives

• Demystify Procurement Procedures: Provide clear guidance to firms on how to bid for opportunities related to CDB projects.
• Showcase Opportunities: Enable executing agencies to present upcoming procurement opportunities to the private sector.
• Capacity Building: Deliver targeted sessions, including: 
      - A detailed walkthrough of CDB procurement processes.
• Promote Inclusion: Engage boundary partners to ensure participation from women-owned and women-controlled businesses, as well as other groups that are traditionally underrepresented in CDB and public procurement activities.

Participants will:  

• Learn about procurement opportunities that are available through CDB-financed projects
• Gain access to information and practical tools for preparing successful bids
• Meet key representatives from Project Executing Units and the private sector
