The objective of the consultancy is to collect primary baseline data on health and sanitation within the eight (8) communities as these relate to the accessibility and use of potable water, sanitary facilities and their level of knowledge, attitude and practice in relation to WASH. Utilize the finding to designs targeted social and behavioural change strategies and interventions that will be employed in the BRACE Subproject activities the eight (8) communities.
