The expected outcomes of this intervention are: (a) the enhanced capacity of GOGY through the National Water Policy and strategies, to improve governance in the water sector and; (b) enhanced capacity of GOGY to implement a technically, economically and socially gender inclusive and climate resilient solution for use of water from Hope Canal for domestic supply; and the construction of water treatment plants and the upgrade of water supply infrastructure in Regions 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 8.
