The consulting firm (the consultant) is required to undertake all the necessary actions to accomplish the goals and objectives of the project in a timely manner, with the supervision of the Project Coordinator.  The tasks will include, but not limited to:

1. Desktop Review and Research Brief

2. Research Methodology

3. Focus Group and Survey Administration

4. Workshop

5. Final Report
