The COVID-19 pandemic brought significant disruption to the education systems of the Caribbean, exacerbating existing stresses on the education system.

A learning recovery programme (Let's REAP!) was designed to help students meet learning outcomes commensurate with their grade.

To achieve this, a multi-pronged approach must be taken, supporting both teachers and learners. There are also broader implications for parents, as well as organisations in the wider community.

While Let's REAP! will be implemented differently across each participating Member State,  there are common areas that all participating countries need to consider maximising the effectiveness of their interventions.

This roadmap offers overall implementation guidance for ministries.
