At the Third Formal Negotiation Meeting held in July 2008 for the Replenishment of the Special Development Fund (SDF), Contributors considered Paper SDF 7/3-NM-5 entitled “Development Effectiveness and Managing for Results”, along with papers on the other agreed programming themes for the Special Development Fund – Seventh Cycle (SDF 7).
