This draft Gender Equality Policy and Operational Strategy (GEPOS) for mainstreaming gender-responsive actions into the lending and other operations of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) has been developed to assist CDB with the integration of gender analysis and consideration of gender equality (GE) issues in its work with Borrowing Member Countries (BMCs), clients and stakeholders.
