'Public-Private Partnerships in the Caribbean: Building on Early Lessons' considers cases studies and the experiences of other multilateral institutions, concentrating on design and implementation issues, as well as lessons learnt. It seeks to identify priority policy actions that should be taken by Regional governments, with the support of CDB, to improve Public-Private Partnerships usage and enhance related development outcomes.
