- Communication - To respond to your requests, provide updates, and inform you about the project.
Sharing Personal Data
CDB respects your privacy and does not sell your personal data. We may share your information with third-party vendors, including Submittable, that assist in processing submissions and delivering our services. These entities are contractually obligated to protect your data and process it solely for the purposes specified by CDB.

Retention of Personal Data
CDB keeps your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the relevant purposes set out in this Privacy Notice and in order to comply or demonstrate compliance with CDB’s applicable records retention and disposition schedules and legal obligations.
Where CDB can, and it is appropriate, CDB will minimise Personal Data or anonymise data to use for statistical, analytical or reporting purposes. The length of time CDB retains your Personal Data will differ depending on the nature of the Personal Data and what CDB does with it.

Privileges and Immunities
Nothing contained in this site or in this notice shall operate or be regarded as a waiver, renunciation or modification of any right, privilege, or immunity of CDB pursuant to the Agreement Establishing the Caribbean Development Bank, international conventions, or any other applicable laws.
Personal Data Requests and Complaints
You can request access to and information regarding your Personal Data processed by CDB. You can also request the correction of any inaccurate Personal Data held by CDB. In certain circumstances, particularly when your Personal Data is no longer necessary for processing by CDB, you can request its deletion.
