The Consultant will develop the 2027-2031 MTDSIP,  to  guide GOSKN under the six development focal areas identified in the National Development Planning Framework Implementation Plan (NDPFIP) that is, climate resilience; human capital development; green energy transformation; economic development; gender mainstreaming and inclusivity and social development; and institutional strengthening and partnership and will support the realisation of intended development goals of GOSKN.
