Under this contract, the consultants will assist CDB and national counterparts to complete the design, feasibility and other preparatory work for Phase I of the Scaling up the Deployment of Integrated Utility Services (IUS) to Support Energy Sector Transformation in the Caribbean programme. This includes the completion of a full funding proposal and annexes that CDB will submit to the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for co-financing.
