For the rehabilitation works to be undertaken on the Canouan Airport Runway, the Consultant will undertake and/or provide the following:

• Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment
• Stakeholder consultations and training
• Environmental and Social Impact Assessment
• Feasibility Study and Preliminary designs informed by a topographic survey, geotechnical assessment, bathymetric study, pavement analysis for the traffic load and design alternatives with estimates of construction considering the hazards faced by the Canouan Airport and the needs of the community/country
• Detailed designs for the required works identified for the project
• Develop a monitoring and evaluation framework for the project
