The consultancy will support the capacity building and institutional strengthening of WASCO to facilitate mainstreaming of climate resilience into water sector planning, development, and operations in Saint Lucia. The consultant will be expected to undertake a series of activities in an effort to deliver the proposed activities of the readiness project.
