The Technical Assistance is geared towards the capacity building on the provision of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services (MHPSS) for persons who work at the front-line providing care to victims of road crashes.  The workplan will be executed by three consultants who will be working in coordination among themselves and also with the counterparts of the Government of Belize and PAHO. The Situational Analysis on the capacity of Belize to respond with MHPSS as part of the holistic care of victims of road crashes will provide crucial information for the development of the work of the Consultant responsible for the capacity building, and the Consultant responsible for the Communication and Advocacy activities.
