The Inter-American Network on Government Procurement (INGP) will host its 20th Annual Conference from August 12–14, 2026, in Monterrey, Mexico, convening leading authorities and distinguished public procurement experts from across the Americas and beyond. The event is co‑organized by the INGP, through its Technical Secretariat housed in the Organization of American States (OAS), in collaboration with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), the Secretary of Administration of the Government of the State of Nuevo León, and the Secretary of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance, through its Sub‑Secretariat for Good Governance.

As established in its Statutes, the Annual Conference functions as the Network’s principal plenary body and highest decision-making forum. It brings together the heads of national public procurement agencies from member and observer countries, along with internationally recognized specialists, practitioners, and academics. The gathering aims to strengthen horizontal cooperation, promote knowledge exchange, and advance best practices that enhance modern, transparent, and effective public procurement systems.

For the first time, Expo INGP 2026 will debut at CINTERMEX, serving as a high-level strategic platform that unites public and private sector leaders committed to innovation, sustainability, and public value generation in procurement systems across the Americas.
