Overview
The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) has allocated funds to obtain financial and operational efficiencies utilising, to the extent possible, a fully integrated and seamless system that provides operational efficiencies and enables the implementation of sound business practices based on timely and accurate information. The funds shall not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of CDB, is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations. No party other than CDB shall derive any rights from the financing or have any claim to the proceeds of the financing.
The current solution which was implemented several years ago does not provide scope for access to a ‘best in class Core Banking Solution that is technically and operationally suited to the Bank’s current and future operations and is capable of supporting the Bank’s transformation strategy relating to IT services and support, digitalisation and corporate operations generally.
CDB now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Core Bank System replacement.
