WHAT WE DO
CDB Propel supports the improvement of micro, small, medium-sized enterprises (MSME) competitiveness and strengthens the capacity of business support organisations and public bodies to deliver professional services to MSMEs through direct technical assistance, workshops, and training attachments.
Open Call for Institutional Strengthening for MSME Development
Strengthen your organisation's ability to deliver greater impact for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The Caribbean Development Bank’s (CDB) Call for Proposals: Institutional Strengthening for MSME Development offers eligible institutions an opportunity to access technical assistance and investment support to enhance governance, improve service delivery, strengthen operational systems and build long-term organisational capacity. If your organisation plays a role in supporting MSME growth, innovation, access to finance or private sector development, this call presents a unique opportunity to increase your effectiveness and expand your impact.
Through funding and technical support, selected organisations will implement tailored institutional strengthening initiatives across key areas including organisational diagnostics, reform planning, staff capacity development, data and information systems, stakeholder coordination, and monitoring, evaluation and learning. Whether your organisation is seeking to modernise its operations, improve programme delivery, strengthen partnerships or enhance evidence-based decision-making, the programme is designed to help build a stronger, more resilient and results-driven institution capable of better serving MSMEs.
Review the full Call for Proposals today to determine your eligibility, funding level and application requirements. Organisations that are ready to strengthen their institutional capabilities and contribute to a more coordinated and effective MSME support ecosystem are encouraged to submit an application.
Proposals must be received by November 6, 2026.
